The biggest flaw in my "game" right now as it relates to work is communicating the need for change. I've recently been introduced to the SAMR model. How do I get that communicated to people who don't understand the importance and value of true technology integration? How do we get past technology events? I feel like I'm continually stuck behind data and assessment on the PD schedule. How do I show the value of integration philosophies like SAMR so that administrators will dedicate meaningful time to it? 6 years in and it's still a struggling work in progress. I can teach anything. But I struggle with persuasion.
